Funday Factory adds Matthew Wilson as investor in the company.

Funday Factory, an Aarhus, Denmark-based gaming company, announced in a press release that it added Matthew Wilson in the owners list.

Matthew Wilson, a former executive at Rovio, will invest in Funday Factory six months after SYBO Games acquired 39% of Funday. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Funday Factory, founded in 2011 and led by CEO Kristian Bang Nørgaard, is a game studio that authored about 25 titles.
