Fundedbyme sells 33.4% to Privanet

FundedByMe, a Stockholm, Sweden-based financial company operating a crowdfunding platform announced selling 33.4% of the Finnish operations to Privanet.

The announcement comes shortly after FundedByMe opened its Finnish operations in April 2017 and through the new cooperation, the company will be able to broaden its offer to both investors and entrepreneurs.

Privanet, which today operates the crowdfunding platform AROUND and Finland's only platform for trading unlisted shares, is licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority to offer financial services.

The company consists of Privanet Capital Markets Ltd, which specialises in capital market transactions, and Privanet Securities Ltd, which operates the leading Finnish marketplace for unlisted securities.
