Garda Sikring announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Trygg Vei AS.

Garda Sikring has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Trygg Vei AS. Garda Sikring, 70% owned by the Private Equity fund Longship, is a group of 7 regional companies that delivers and installs permanent and temporary perimeter security solutions - basically various types of fences.  

Trygg Vei AS is a Norwegian top tier contractor of New build and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) services for Road Restraint systems to transportation infrastructure. Customers are typically national, county and municipal road authorities and large infrastructure contractors. The company was established in 1998 and has a remarkable track record of high profit margins and revenue growth. Main revenues come from installations of the guardrails where approx 150-200.000 meters of rails are installed yearly under 1-3 years frame agreements with NRRA. The company’s revenue is approx. NOK 100 million and is one of the most profitable companies within the infrastructure industry.
