Gocleer announced raising €930k from Antai and family offices from Spain.

Gocleer, a Barcelona, Spain-based operator of a digital insurance distribution platform for car and micro-mobility, announced securing a €930,000 euros capital raise funding round.

The money is a combination of 180k euros via a loan provided by Enisa and 750k ($898k) in equity raised from investors from Spain, including the Antai Venture Builder fund and a group of private investors and local and international family offices whose name was not disclosed.

Gocleer, founded in February 2020 by Antonio Morales, Danae Vara and Ángel Casarrubio, built a business selling online car insurance and micro-mobility product. The company has 11 employees in Barcelona and expects to sell 4,000 policies by the end of 2021 producing a turnover of 350,000 euros in the first year.
