Goo Technologies files for bankruptcy.

Goo Technologies, a Swedish company which developed a tool to build online 3D environments, has filed for bankruptcy.

The company, founded in 2012 by Markus Kruger, is a pioneering web technology company based in Stockholm and has MOOR as a majority owner, with roughly 70% of the company. The company has had some financial problems for a while, as at the end of 2015 it pivoted its biz model while raising SEK 6M ($700k) for survival from MOOR.
