Greenly raised €2.5M in more funding

Greenely, a Paris, France-based software company specializing in automated carbon tracking, announced completing a €2.5M ($3M) capital funding round.

The money was raised from investors including Sia Studio, French Partners, Bpifrance and business angels.

The proceeds will be used to expand the technical teams, recruit more carbon footprint experts, and build a sales team capable of marketing in France, Europe and the United States. Their objective is to increase the number of clients from a few hundred to several thousand.

Greenely, founded in 2019 by Alexis Normand, Matthieu Vegreville and Arnaud Delubac, developed an application that measures the carbon footprint of purchases. Bank statements are synchronized with the application which then calculates the ecological cost of our consumption. Customers include Payfit, Swile, Konbini, Foodles, Bruce, Matera, Foodchéri, Outsight, Alma, as well as industrial SMEs in the construction, textile, and automotive industries.
