GRO Capital reinvests in Danish Trackunit

Trackunit, an Aalborg, Denmark-based global leader in software-led telematics solutions for the off-highway vehicle market, announced that GRO Capital made a reinvestment in the company

Financial details were not disclosed.

In March 2021, GRO Capital and Goldman Sachs sold Trackunit to Hg Capital after 6 years of ownership.

Trackunit, founded in 2003 and led by CEO Soeren Brogaard, is provider of software-led telematics solutions for the off-highway vehicle market, through a newly established continuation vehicle securing a minority position with board representation.
