Hermine Hold was acquired after bankruptcy

Hermine Hold, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating an ecommerce operation business in the beauty sector, announced that it was acquired by Nordic Tech House, Westhill Group and Norberg Hansen.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Earlier in 2019 the company was declared bankrupt.

Hermine Hold, founded in 2018 by Isabella Löwengrip, Joachim Lindström and Filip Ummer and led by CEO Linus Kaasik, aimed to build an ecommerce operation selling hair accesorries.
