Hiber to raise $1.5 million more.

Hiber, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based company operating a social game platform, announced that it raised its capital with roughly $1.5 million.

The money was raised from existing shareholders Luminar Ventures, Wild Sloths OY, Bumble Ventures, Konvoy Ventures, GFR Fund, and SYBO. The round included contributions from a new investor, the entrepreneur-turned- investor Eros Resmini, who contributed via his investment vehicle The Mini Fund.

Resmini, who was a co-founder at Discord, and previously part of the management at mobile gaming network OpenFeint, will also join the Hiber board.

Hiber, founded in 2017 by Michael Yngfors and Mattias Johansson, built Hiber World, a mobile/PC gaming platform that makes it easy to create user-generated games directly in a browser, without the need to code, as well as play a variety of games created by other users.

Hiber previously raised $2.25 million in 2020, out of a total of 3.
