Hitta.se purchases Bokadirekt for $22M.

Hitta.se, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating an digital portal and marketplace, announced that it acquired its smaller competitor Bokadirekt.

The deal was made for SEK 200M ($22M). Investors in Bokadirekt include the Sixth AP Fund, Pelle Törnberg, Patrik Hanell and Lars-Johan Jarnheimer.

Bokadirekt operates a website for booking beauty and health services and makes on average 800k transactions per month.
