Holmris Group strengthens ownership, adds investment from BWB Partners.

Holmris Group, Denmark’s leading supplier of furniture and interior design solutions for the professional market, announced receiving an investment from BWB Partners.

The investment deal was made for the acquisition of 60% of the company, and the financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed, Henrik Holmris, Niels Henrik Lauritzen as well as other members of the Group management continue to control the remaining 40% of the share capital.

Holmris Group, led by CEO Niels Henrik Lauritzen, is a family-owned organisation comprised of companies Holmris, Labofa, Holmris.Designbrokers and 3R Kontor. The Group has more than 260 employees, factories in Bjerringbro and Vemmelev, Denmark, and showrooms/logistics centres in the Danish cities Køge, Løsning, Birkerød and Copenhagen as well as in Oslo, Stockholm, London, Rotterdam and Boston.

Holmris Group’s revenue has increased more than tenfold over the most recent five-year period – from DKK 60 million in 2011 to DKK 678 million in 2016. In 2017, Holmris Group expects organic growth of 15-20%.
