HomePilot announced raising €2.6 million from angel investors from France.

HomePilot, a Paris, France-based company building a SAAS for real estate operators, announced that it raised a capital round of €2.6 million ($3.2M).

The money was raised from a range of angel investors from France, including Christophe Courtin, Jean-Fabrice Mathieu, Cyril Vermeulen, Didier Kuhn and Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux. Techmind and Bpifrance also contributed with funds.

HomePilot, founded in 2017 by Gilles Bourcy and Laurent Kretz, developed a software solution that helps property owners with rental management. The company's model involves a combination of a digital platform using data processing automation technologies with the expertise of real estate specialists who advise and support investor clients.

Homepilot has 23 empployees and says it manages 2000 homes, offices and commercial premises in France with a total AUM of €600 million.
