Hors Normes to raise €1.5M from Stride VC, Kima ventures and angel investors.

Hors Normes, a Paris, France-based startup building a subscription-based retail operation selling fruits and vegetables, announced securing €1.5M ($1.8M) in capital funding.

The money was raised from investors including Stride VC, Kima ventures and angel investors Bertrand Jelensperger, Gokul Rajaram, Nicolas Douay, Greg Bulckaert, Nathanael Berbessou, Neeraj Berry, and Enrico Pandian. Proceeds will be used to expand the service outside Paris.

Hors Normes, founded in 2020 by Claire Laurent, Grégoire Carlier and Sven Ripoche, developed a subscription of baskets of organic fruit and vegetables refused by traditional distribution channels and purchased directly from farmers.
