Hudya announced the acquisition of SalesPartners Direct Sales ApS.

Hudya, an Oslo, Norway operator of services within telecom, energy isnurance or banking verticals, announced that it bought all the activities of the Danish company SalesPartners Direct Sales ApS.

As part of the deal, the Danish company will transfer its activities to Hybrid Distribution ApS, a company in Hudya Group. CEO Martin Nørtoft in SalesPartners Direct Sales ApS continues in his position as CEO of the new company Hybrid Distribution, keeping the same management and customer-agreements as before the acquisition.

No financial details were disclosed at this time.
