ilumoni to raise £1.2 million.

ilumoni, a Barnsley, UK-based provider of a mobile app for providing consumer financial loans, completed a funding round of £1.2 million ($1.7M).

The money was raised from a range of 20 investors whose name was not disclosed.

As part of the deal, new investor James Eden and existing investor Simon Moran have both joined the board as non-executive directors.

ilumoni, founded in 2019 by Jonathan Corner and CEO Gary Wigglesworth, developed a mobile app that provides personal insights to help users take action and make important changes to their borrowing, based on analysis, affordability, and eligibility.

ilumoni previously raised $450k from Move Ventures and angel investors Simon Moran and Andy Deller.
