Infobric acquired Buildsafe and EquipmentLoop

Infobric, a Jönköping, Sweden-based IT provider for the construction industry, announced that it purchased two companies from Sweden: Buildsafe and EquipmentLoop.

Financial details were not disclosed. The founders of BuildSafe and EquipmentLoop continue as leaders in the companies and join as part owners in Infobric Group.

BuildSafe, founded in 2015 by CEO Viktor Broberg,  Samuel Jaeger, Leo Sydow, Johan Brunedal and Deniss Karavajev, developed a digital platform aimed to faciltate the safety control in the construction industry. The company was owned by investors including Almi Invest, Concrete Ventures, SRI Capital, Moor Capital.

EquipmentLoop, founded in 2016 by Simon Fogbring and Christopher Bark, is a digital platform that helps construction companies handle machines and tools.
