Instalco purchases Telefuusio, expands in Finland

Instalco, a Stockholm, Sweden-based end-to-end industrial solution provider announced getting into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Telefuusio Oy, a Helsinki-based electrical installation company specialised in telecommunications.

The transaction, which has financial details undisclosed, aims to expands Instalco's operations in Finland. Telefuusio’s founder Ruslan Vassiljev will remain as CEO of the company.

Telefuusio, founded in 2008 by CEO Ruslan Vassiljev, is specialised in telecom installations, such as fibre, server rooms and entrance systems, with customers primarily in the private sector and within commercial properties. The company has 28 employees. For the financial year of 2016/17, the company’s net sales amounted to approx. SEK 35M. 

Instalco, led by CEO Per Sjöstrand, is one of the leading installation companies in the Nordic region, active in the areas of heating, plumbing, electricity, cooling and industrial solutions.

This is the second acquisition announced by Instalco in a week, as at the beginning of November the company acquired Elkontakt for SEK 81M.
