Iptor was acquired by Bregal Unternehmerkapital

Iptor, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of distribution and supply chain management, planning and logistics software and services, announced getting into an agreement for being acquired by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a German family office investment company.

The deal, which has financial details undlsclosed, was made by the German investor alongside with the CEO Jayne Archbold and Chief Marketing and Product Officer Christopher Catterfeld. 

Iptor sells order management and fulfillment software to distribution-focused organizations. The company has about 1,250 customers with 4,000 installations in more than 40 countries and provides fully integrated enterprise solutions. With its micro-services orientated cloud platforms and the use of smart technologies, Iptor offers compelling value to customers across the Technical Wholesale, Pharma and Publishing sectors.
