Jolimoi raises €7 million from Seventure Partners and angel investors in France.
Jolimoi, a Paris, France-based company building a multi-brand ecommerce platform focused on beauty, announced closing a €7 million ($7.6M) capital funding round.
The money was raised locally from France from investors led by Seventure Partners, joined by angels Thierry Petit (formerly Showroomprivé), Nathalie Balla (formerly La Redoute) and Pauline Duval (Groupe Duval).
Jolimoi, founded in 2017 by CEO Isabelle Rabier, developed an ecommerce operation that delivers personalized beauty shopping services. The company says it works with 4,600 professionals in France and Belgium provided with training and digital tools (live shopping for) in order to have them create micro-communities to sell cosmetics, body and face care products or perfumes from a catalogue. The marketplace is onboarded with some 60 local brands.
