JonDeTech bags SEK 30M prior to its planned public listing on Nasdaq First North.
JonDeTech Sensors AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing configured IR-detectors and sensor applications, announced adding SEK 30M ($3.6M) as capital raise in the company.
The money will be used to accelerate technology development, growth and marketing primarily in the Asian market. In connection with the capital raise, the company intends to apply for a listing of the company's shares at Nasdaq First North Stockholm in Q2 2018.
JonDeTech, founded in 2008 and led by CEO Robert Ekström, has developed an infrared sensor (IR) for contactless measurement of temperatures and heat flows as well as presence detection.
