Kaustik acquired Carefox

Kaustik, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based software developer, announced that it acquired Carefox, a Jönköping-based developer of a home service planning software system.

The financial details of the deal remained undisclosed.

Carefox was founded in 2014 and led by CEO Erik Reuthammar, developed a tool acting as an operating systems for streamlining the administration of home care assistance in the health industry.

Kaustik, founded in 2009 by CEO Magnus Crossner, developed a software solution named Aiai, a web based tool for administration of personal assistance for people with personal assistance.
