Kavall adds Nordic Angels and Bring Ventures in the captable in a SEK 22 million equity deal.

Kavall, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup building an online grocery delivery business, announced a new equity deal closed at SEK 22 million ($2.2MM) investment deal.

The money was raised from local investors from Sweden Nordic Angels and Bring Ventures.

Kavall was founded in 2021 by Robin Rendahl, John Tengberg and Peter Simon and is one of the many online grocery startups from Europe funded by venture money. It operates in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsinki and Tampere and previously raised $6 million in the summer of 2021 and $16.4 million in 2022.

Other backers include Bonnier Ventures, VNV Global, Nicoya, Inbox Capital and angel investors Fredrik Jung-Abbot (Kry founder) and Samir Bachkami.
