Keystone Academic Solutions adds Viking Ventures as investor in the company.

Keystone Academic Solutions, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing web marketing solution for higher education organisations, announced adding Viking Ventures as a shareholder in the company.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made for 20% of the equity. Viking Venture is joining the board of directors through Erik Hagen, its managing partner. The board is chaired by Mr. Thorstein Berg on behalf of Bjørk Invest.

Keystone Academic Solutions, founded in 2002 and led by CEO Linus Murphy, provides online solutions for higher education marketing, recruitment, and student enrollment. The company recorded a revenue of NOK 107M ($13M) in 2017 and is growing at a rate of 30% year on year, serving more than 2000 customers globally, with a particular stronghold among American universities and colleges.
