Kodiak Rating has taken SEK 12M wants to expand its SAAS to Norway and Finland.

Kodiak Rating, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a software as a service (SaaS) solution simplifying the customer-to-supplier collaboration, announced securing a SEK 12M ($1.42M) investment funding round. The money comes from new and existing investors, including Stefan Bengtsson (through Race Craft Holding), Johan Crona and Anders Eriksson.

Kodiak plans to use the investment to increase its rapid growth and expansion into new European markets.

Kodiak Rating, founded in 2016 by CEO Malin Schmidt, is a B2B tech company providing a cloud-based platform to enhance the performance of procurement teams. The company developed a Supplier Relationship Management platform providing business intelligence for both the buyer and supplier to customers including Bravida, Höganäs and Perstorp.
