Kvix in a SEK 11 million funding round backed by investors from Sweden.
Kvix, an Umeå, Sweden-based startup operator of a live-streaming lectures and group workouts, announced closing a SEK 11 million ($1.3M) funding round.
The money was raised from local investors from Sweden, including Partnerinvest Norr.
Kvix, founded in 2019 by CEO Johan Thomasson, developed a livestreaming platform used by 40,000 people in order to get access to live training sessions, lectures and health-related broadcasts. The company says it works with around 50 providers who make over 200 broadcasts through Kvix every month.
