Lagerhaus, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based interior design retail chain, announced that it enetered into an agreement for getting new shareholders.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made by existing investors, Novax, which sold its equity control to existing CEO Jerker Levin, along with Gothenburg-based investment company Goodfellows Ventures and the Yngvesson family.

Novax had acquired Lagerhaus in 2016.

Lagerhaus, founded in 1996, currently has 45 stores in Sweden and Norway and an e-commerce operation covering also the Finnish and Danish markets.
