Lagerhaus, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based company operating an interior design chain, announced that it was acquired by the private investment company Novax.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made with Axstores, Novax and Axstores are wholly owned subsidiaries of Axel Johnson AB.

Lagerhaus, founded in 1996 and led by CEO Magnus Tillsten, is an interior design chain that offers its customers practical and affordable gadgets with a unique design that easily renews the home. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 350 million generated from 42 stores in Sweden and Norway as well as from a web shop available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
