Logcast in a SEK 20 million investment round backed by angel investors from Sweden.
Logcast, a Stockholm, Sweden-based developer of a mobile-based voice-first social network, announced the completion of a capital raise of SEK 20 million ($2.3M).
The money was raised from a range of local angel investors from Sweden, including Niklas Carlheim-Mueller, formerly with Ericsson, Juan Serruya, former development manager at Spotify, Voi's co-founder Adam Jafer and Simon Telian, board member at Advanced Blockchain AG.
Logcast, founded in 2019 by Johanna Hoof and Leni Andronicos, developed a mobile app that is a voice-based social network connecting people through short updates in everyday life, so-called "logging". The service has features for recording, editing, sharing and discovering audio and is positioned at a audio-based NFTs provider.
