Loyal Guru in a €8 million series A round led by venture capital firm Nauta Capital.
Loyal Guru, a Barcelona, Spain-based company managing a business based on selling an end-to-end loyalty marketing platform, secured €8 million ($9M) in series A financing round.
The money was provided by investors led by Nauta Capital and joined by existing shareholders including the American venture company Greycroft Partners.
Loyal Guru, founded in 2015 by CEO Borja Sanfeliu and Javi Fernández, developed a SAAS platform capable of analyzing data on consumer behavior and then suggest marketing strategies, customized offers and loyalty products. The company works mainly with customers from the large food distribution sector - some 50 leading retail brands from 12 countries, including Mango, Dia Group, Cencosud, and Spar.
Prior to this round, the company raised €2 million in 2020.
