Lydia raised a $100 million Series C round backed by Dragoneer and Echo Street
Lydia, a Paris, France-based operator of a mobile financial services platform, announced the completion of a series C capital funding round closed at $100 million.
The money was raised from investors including Dragoneer, Echo Street, Tencent, Accel and Founders Future.
Lydia, founded in 2013 by CEO Cyril Chiche and Antoine Porte, provides mobile payment solutions to individuals and businesses.
The company has 5.5 Million users and a 30% market share among French people who are 18 to 35 years old, who use its brand as a verb.
Lydia previously raised $86 million at the end of 2020, out of a total of $150 since the company was founded.
