Maindeck, an Oslo, Norway-based startup providing a digital platform connecting ship managers and dockyards, secured NOK 3M ($400k) in capital investment.

The backing comes from Norwegian investors, including Vilhelm K. Vardøy, Trond Riiber Knudsen, 2M2D and StartupLab.

Maindeck, founded in 2016 by Sasan Mameghani (CEO) and Martin Ulleberg (CTO), developed a software solution that helps the ship manager through the entire dry-docking process.The company also manages a platform that aims to connect ship managers and dockyards.
