Mindler raised $3.2M and buys up smaller competitor Agada.

Mindler, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating a digital marketplace for therapeuts, completed a SEK 28.5M ($3M) capital investment round.

The backing was provided by Swedish investors including Back in Black and Kichi Invest. Funding will be used to finance the acquisition of smaller competitor, Agada, as well as for making the product available outside Sweden.

Mindler, founded at the beginning of 2018 by Rickard Lagerqvist (CEO), Rickard Färdig and Johannes Hatem, built a digital service that lets you connect with a psychologist via video call.

Prior to this, the company raised about $1.8M from investors including Luminar and Add Health Media.
