Miralix gets Vækst-Invest Nordjylland as a main investor in the company.

Miralix A/S, a Hedensted, Denmark company providing customer service software solutions, announced adding a financial investor in the company, namely Vækst-Invest Nordjylland.

The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, also involves adding 3 other employees on the shareholding structure -  Sales Manager Michael S. Kristiansen, Development Manager Jimmi Hjuler and Technical Manager Kasper Kirkeby.

The three, together with Vækst-Invest Nordjylland, will hold 70% of the shares in Miralix A/S, while CEO and founder Preben Kirkeby will continue as a shareholder and leader of the company.

Miralix, founded in 1996, develops and sells software solutions within contact centers and PC Switchboard to customers in Denmark and abroad. The products improve mobility, cooperation and customer contact. Miralix has 35 employees.
