Mjuk raised €1.4M in a round led by Lifeline Ventures.
Mjuk, an Espoo, Finland-based startup building a marketplace for quality secondhand furniture, announced that it raised a €1.4M ($1.6M) seed funding round.
The money was raised from investors from Finland led by Lifeline Ventures.
Proceeds will be used to fuel growth and accelerate expansion, as the company is now launching its service in Sweden and further looking to Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.
Mjuk, founded in 2019 by CEO Rickard Zilliacus, Casper von Pfaler and Max Heino, developed and operates a full-service marketplace for buying and selling quality second-hand furniture. The company deals with the entire process, from picking up the furniture from the customer and handling sales. It produced sales of €887k ($1M) in 2020.
