mnemonic adds investment from Ferd Capital.

mnemonic, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing cybersecurity services, announced in a press release that added capital investment from Ferd Capital.

The transaction values the company at NOK 800M ($97.3M) and was made for 40% of the company. As part of the investment, Ferd will facilitate for continued employee ownership, where the majority of the company is retained by CEO and founder Tønnes Ingebrigtsen and the employees in mnemonic.

mnemonic, founded in 2000, is one of the largest cybersecurity service providers in Europe, and the preferred security partner of many of the region’s top organisations. The company is also a trusted source of threat intelligence to Europol and other law enforcement agencies globally and has developed Argus, its proprietary security platform to ensure that they stay ahead of advanced cyberattacks and protect their customers from evolving threats. mnemonic is headquartered in Oslo, and has offices located in Stavanger, Stockholm and London.
