Modl.ai taised $1.7 million from PreSeed Ventures et all.
Modl.ai, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based developer of a testing environment for game developers, announced in a press release securing DKK 11.5M ($1.7M) in capital investment.
The money was provided by a range of Danish and international investors, led by PreSeed Ventures, Saltagen Ventures (Hong Kong), and Norwegian Propagator Ventures along with other investors including Pool Global Partners (Toronto, San Francisco), and SEED Capital (Copenhagen).
modl.ai, founded in 2018 and led by CEO Christoffer Holmgård, developed a software solution helping game developers to efficiently test games in minutes rather than days or weeks by deploying AI-driven player persona archetypes that mimic human behavior. While beating humans at games with superhuman ability has long been an AI benchmark, mimicking behavior is the next frontier. Applied to games, it enables developers to reduce the cost and time required for game testing and content development.
