Nectarine Health was acquired by Brighter AB
Brighter AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based health-tech company, completed the previously announced the acquisition of Nectarine Health, a Swedish innovation company developing AI-care solutions within the elderly care sector.
The deal was made through a rights issue in which Brighter issues and allots 2,266,682 shares at a price of SEK 5.72 per share.
Brighter's share capital increases by SEK 113,334.10. In total, the number of shares in Brighter after the transaction amounts to 194,051,042. The share capital after the transaction amounts to SEK 9,702,552.10.
Nectarine Health, founded as Aifloo in 2015 by Felix Etzler, Michael Collaros and Anders Widgren, developed a software solution for senior people to assist with living and independent living facilities.
Aifloo went bankrupt in 2017 and changed name into Noomi in 2018 and then again changed its name in Nectarine Health.
The company was funded by a range of professional investors from Sweden, including EQT Ventures
