Noquo Foods announced raising $3.6 million from Northzone, Inventure, Creandum and Astanor Ventures
Noquo Foods, a Stockholm, Sweden-based producer of plant-based food, announced the completion of a capital raising totalling €3.25 million ($3.6M).
The money round was backed by a range of Swedish and international investos, including Northzone, Astanor Ventures, Kale United, Inventure, Creandum, Purple Orange Ventures and angels Henry Soesanto and Eric Wahlforss.
Noquo Foods, founded in 2019 by Anja Leissner and Sorosh Tavakoli, develops plant-based alternatives to foods, to include cheese and other dairy products. The products are not yet available in the market as the company is still in R&D and protyping mode.
