OneMind Dogs, a Turku, Finland-based company providing education services for dogs, completed a EUR 514k ($574k) capital investment round.

The money was raised on an equity crowdfunding campaign via Invesdor, from investors based in 16 countries. The funding will be used for the support of the market introduction of a new product, the OneMind Dogs online puppy training, expected to be available during the summer of 2019.

OneMind Dogs, founded in 2012 by CEO Noora Keskievari and Janita Leinonen, developed a dog training method, based on science and understanding the dog’s point of view. Based on that, the company provides a digital tool for dog education, consisting of lessons, videos and articles, live support chat with dog training experts and personalized tracking and rewards. Also, OneMind Dogs has an available network of over 100 coaches, instructors and trainees in 13 different countries.

The company has monthly recurring revenue of approximately €50,000 per month, with 70% of the customers from North America, where it operates through a 100% owned subsidiary OneMind Dogs Inc.

Prior to this round, in 2015, OneMind Dogs raised about half a million dollars from Lifeline Ventures and Gorilla Ventures.
