Orca Technologies closed a capital funding round from investors including Skyfall Ventures from Norway.
Orca Technologies, an Oslo, Norway-based software developer of tools for the maritime industry, announced in a press release that it completed a capital funding round.
Financial details were not disclosed. The money was raised from investors including the Norway-based VC Skyfall Ventures.
Orca Technologies, founded in 2020 by four ex-employees from Navico - Kristian Fallrø, Yavor Shahpasov , Jorge Sevillano and Amir Borovac - develops a range of custom high-precision time and frequency products helping recreational boaters capture bathymetry and other marine data.
Prior to this round, Orca was backed via a 2020 funding round supported by We are human and Atomico thorugh its angel investor program.
