PandaScore closed a $2.8M seed funding round led by Alven Capital.

PandaScore, a Paris, France-based esports data company, raised $2.8m in seed funding.

The round was led by Alven Capital and included contributions from Global Founders Capital and angels Julien Lemoine and John Maloney.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its data efforts.

PandaScore, founded in 2015 by CEO Flavien Guillocheau, is a data company providing statistics and live data on most of e-sports games and tournaments. The company’s API distributes data collected from a variety of games, and currently works with League of Legends, Dota 2, Hearthstone and Fifa.
