Particeep to raise €2M from Truffle Capital and Sopra Steria.

Particeep, a Paris, France-based SaaS distribution solution for financial products and services, announced the completion of a €2M ($2.4M) capital funding round.

The money was raised from French investors Truffle Capital and Sopra Steria.

Particeep, founded in 2013 by David Dumont and Steve Fogue, developed software that digitalizes and simplifies the underwriting of banking, insurance and savings products. Customers offer their end customers online subscriptions as well as provide distributors and partners controlled and secure access to their offers and associated subscription journeys.

Particeep also offers a white-label distribution platform for online distribution of savings and investments, directly and via wealth advisors. Present in four countries (France, USA, Portugal and Luxembourg), the company now serves around 100 customers, such as Crédit Agricole, Groupama or Nexity.

Particeep previously raised a little more than $1 million from AXA via its venture arm, AXA Venture Partners.
