Pds Vision added Arctos Equity as investors in the company.

Pds Vision, a Stockholm, Sweden-based software reseller, announced getting into an investment agreement with the private equity investor from Sweden Arctos Equity Partners.

Following the deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, Arctos is acquiring 40 percent of the company, thus becoming the largest shareholder. The company's founders, Johan Klingvall and Jonas Härdner, will remain as shareholders, each with 20 percent, and senior executives with 20 percent.

PDS Vision, founded in 2008 and led by CEO Johan Klingvall, is a leading provider of software and services for product development and aftermarket services in a number of sectors in the Nordic market. The company is in an expansion phase and has recently established a presence in the UK and Germany, partly through acquisitions.
