Predictiva announced a EUR 2.6 million funding round from Swanlaab Venture Factory, Sabadell Venture Capital and EU.
Predictiva, a Malaga, Spain-based startup developing a product that is turning voice calls into an automated source of customer feedback, completed a funding round totalling EUR 2.6 million ($2.9M).
The money was provided by investors from Spain, Swanlaab Ventures and Sabadell Venture Capital as well as by the European Union Institution through the European funding program for R&D Horizon 2020.
The funding will be used to increase availability of the business to new international markets, expanding team in Spain and entering new countries such as the US, Colombia, Mexico and Chile.
Predictiva, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Pablo Enciso, developed Clara, a product based on machine learning and natural language that structures and analyzes the information present in customer service calls into an automated source of extracting and categorizing information and feedback from customers. In 2018, Predictiva had sales of EUR 431k ($500k).
