Prediktor secures NOk 25M from Idekapital Fund 1 and MP Pensjon
Prediktor, a Gamle Fredrikstad, Norway-based company maunfacturing a range of measuring industrial wearables, announced that it closed a NOK 25M ($2.8M) capital investment round.
The funding was provided by Idekapital Fund 1 and MP Pensjon, which contributes NOK 19M and 6M respectively in a combined private placement and sell-off from entrepreneurs. In conjunction with the deal, Kristian Øvsthus and Anders Brandt from Idekapital enter the company’s board of directors.
Prediktor AS is a software company in Fredrikstad founded in 1995, by Steinar Sælid, Helge Mordt and Rune Storkaas. Over the decades, the company has developed a comprehensive software platform that helps industrial enterprises digitize their core business. The “code” is now broken for how this system can be delivered in high volume in various industrial verticals. Equinor and Scatec Solar are among the company’s major customers today.
