Printler raises SEK 2M for launching its photo marketplace outside Sweden.

Printler, a Skellefteå, Sweden-based startup offering a platform for photographers to sell their work, announced raising SEK 2M ($220k).

The backer is Thoren Tillväxt AB and the transaction was made for 20% at a SEK 10M ($1.12M) valuation of the company.

Printler was launched in 2016 by Sven Burman and has developed a digital marketplace for photography where photographers can sell their pictures as paintings and posters. The service serves nearly 2,000 photographers and recorded SEK 700k after a year of operations.
