Scout Drone Inspection secures NOK 4.5M from Investinor, nHack and Norwegian private investors.

Scout Drone Inspection, a Trondheim, Norway-based manufacturer of an autonomous drone that will provide a complete visual inspection and non-destructive testing solution for enclosed and poorly lit environments, announced in a press release that it secured NOK 4.5M ($560k) in capital investment.

The money comes from Norwegian investors, including Investinor (1.5M), nHack (1.5M) and angel backers.

Scout Drone Inspection, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Nicolai Husteli, is a spin-off from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)
