Semana announced securing funds of €600k from BPIFrance and business angels from France.

Semana io, a Paris, France-based startup developing a SAAS for office management, announced the completion of a €600k ($730k) capital funding round.

The money was raised from BPIFrance, joined by local angel investors and existing shareholders from Entrepreneur First.

Proceeds will be used for product development and for buidling a business around it.

Semana, incubated in 2020 at Entrepreneur First by CEO Albert Reynaud and Valerio Volpati, is working for the development of a workforce management system dedicated to remote working. The company targets more hybrid organisations (online/offline) with a solution that enables collaboration among teams and control over space utilisation.

Semana says that its team scheduling and office management software is already in use in companies such as Ippon technologies, Meilleurs Agents, 360learning and Groupe Lemonde.
