Shifter gets Harald Strømme, a local media executive, as chairman and investor

Harald Strømme is a local media executive, formerly acting CEO of Discovery Networks Norway & Sweden. Shifter was founded and is operated by Lucas H. Weldeghebriel and Per-Ivar Nikolaisen, two journalists from Norway.
