SoSafe in an investment round backed by Highland Europe, La Famiglia, GFC and Acton.

SoSafe, a Cologne, Germany-based provider of B2B cybersecurity training services, raised a series B funding round closed at $73 million.

The money was raised from new and existing investors, including Highland Europe, La Famiglia, Acton Capital and Global Founders Capital (GFC). The round included contributions from SAP Hybris founder and Celonis Advisory Board member Carsten Thoma together as well as from Adjust founder Christian Henschel.

SoSafe, founded in 2018 by CEO Niklas Hellemann, developed a digital platform providing access to training software. The company has 200 employees, backing 1500 customers including Aldi, Ceconomy AG, Taylor Wessing, Vattenfall and Valtech. It previously raised an extended series A round in the summer of 2020.
